In 1962 Madeline Dwyer bequeathed the people of Drumcondra a Parish Hall which has served our community for 60 years. Thanks to your support, her otherwise uncredited legacy has been saved.
After a 4 year #SaveOurHall campaign, our Parish Hall has finally reopened to the pupils of Corpus Christi NS; to children in need of newly provisioned Special Education classes and to an expectant community.

We would like to warmly acknowledge the representatives who never stopped working for our benefit in helping to safeguard the hall for our the school and community, including: Marie Sherlock TD, Declan Meenagh, Senator Mary Fitzpatrick, Eimear McCormack and Neasa Hourigan.
Thanks also to Paschal Donohoe TD, Bertie Ahern and to the incoming leadership of the the Corpus Christi Board of Management and Parents’ Association.
The school has committed to reopening Madeline’s Hall for community use after school hours and we encourage interested groups to contact Corpus Christi ([email protected]) for more information to put our Hall at the Heart of the Community for another 60 years.
